CIC offers in-person and online Lean Six Sigma courses to help businesses obtain the necessary skills to identify and remove risks and errors in their operations. As part of our training services, we help you select a viable project and follow the process to completion. This training helps enhance your credibility in process improvement.
We offer the Lean Tools training, which includes the application exercises. For your convenience, we provide on-site sessions at the client’s location, and we can also combine locations or hold public signings so people can sign up and receive this training. All on-site sessions are customized to fit the specific needs and requirements of the company and are taught with a number of different software programs, including JMP.
